1. Entry and Eligibility

- Entry is open to Australia and New Zealand only residents and who are aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. 

- Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents and immediate family members (spouse/partner, parent, child, sibling) of the Promoter or any other person or company directly associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

 

2. Promotion Period, Draws and Entry Periods

- Draw schedule:

  - Minor draws will be held Sunday weekly at 8pm live on our facebook page. unless other arrangements are made at least 24hours prior to draw.

  - Major draw will be held Saturday Monthly at 8pm Live on our facebook page.

- For weekly draws, an Entry Period is the seven (7) days up to and including the day of the draw (i.e., entries received during that seven-day period are eligible for that week’s draw).

 

3. How to Enter — Purchase a sticker pack, this includes a monthly sticker, access to deals and benefits with our partners, and your free entries into our draws.

- During an Entry Period you may obtain entries by purchasing a monthly sticker pack at:

  - Aus Membership-$19.99 AUD per month (recurring).

  -New Zealand Membership— $23.99 NZD per month (recurring).

  - Sticker packs will be sent out within 14 business day from the start of each month or of time of signing up.

- Subscriptions are recurring monthly payments processed by the Promoter or its payment processor.

- Each monthly payment processed will be counted as entries for the draw(s) for the Entry Period in which that payment is processed, allocated as follows:

  - Members sticker pack: (1 (one) monthly sticker, access to deals and offers from our partners, 1 (one) entry into the Major draw and 1 (one) entry into the Minor draw.

- There is 1x (one) limit on the number of purchase-based entries an eligible person may submit, subject to the number of monthly payments processed.

Addition one off entry's may be applied. this will be disclosed.

 

5. Entry Timing and Processing

- Each monthly subscription payment processed by the Promoter or the Promoter’s payment processor will be treated as received on the date the payment is processed. That payment will be counted toward the draw(s) held in the Entry Period during which the payment is processed.

- For clarity, if a monthly payment is processed during the seven-day Entry Period for a weekly draw, the entries derived from that payment apply to that week’s draw(s).

-Members will receive their unique discount code within 24hours of activation

 

6. Prize(s)

- Prize details, number of winners, prize values and any prize photographs or other promotional material will be published on the Promoter’s website and facebook page.

- The approximate retail value of Major prizes will be minimum but not limited to $199.00 Aud and the minor $49.00 Aud any other prize conditions will be listed where prize details are published. Prize availability and prize specifications are subject to change at the Promoter’s discretion, but any change will not materially reduce the value of the prize.

- Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable except at the Promoter’s discretion. The Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a stated prize is unavailable for any reason.

-Due to the nature of the items being collectables some item's may be of pre-owned in new condition we insure we do all we can to provide the best product available.  

 

7. Winner Selection and Notification

- Winners will be selected by a government approved random draw from all eligible entries received for each respective draw.

- Draws will be conducted by the Promoter or an independent adjudicator appointed by the Promoter.

- Winners will be notified by phone and/or email within seven (7) days of the draw and will be required to provide any information reasonably requested to claim the prize.

- The Promoter will publish winners’ name(s) (first name and suburb) on the Promoter’s web page and social media accounts. for a reasonable period after each draw.

- If the Promoter cannot contact a winner within 100 days of the initial notification, or the winner does not comply with these Official Rules within the time specified, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to a substitute winner, at the Promoter’s discretion.

 

8. Verification and Entry Conditions

- The Promoter may require winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency, and any other documentation reasonably required to verify eligibility. The Promoter reserves the right to require winners to sign any legal documents (including a statutory declaration) as requested by the Promoter prior to releasing a prize.

- Entries that are incomplete, late, illegible, forged, mutilated, altered, or tampered with are invalid and will be excluded.

 

9. General Conditions

- The Promoter and its associated agencies are not responsible for any entries not received due to technical errors, failures of any communication network, or any other matters beyond their control.

- The Promoter’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this promotion.

- The Promoter may cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion where necessary (including due to force majeure or reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control) and to the extent permitted by law.

 

10. Liability and Release

- To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss, damage or injury (including indirect or consequential loss) arising in connection with entry into this promotion or any prize, including but not limited to any use of the prize or participation in any activity related to the prize.

- Nothing in these Official Rules limits, excludes or modifies the consumer guarantees or other rights implied by law which cannot be excluded.

 

11. Privacy

- The Promoter collects personal information from entrants for the purpose of conducting and administering the promotion (including verifying eligibility, notifying and publishing winners, and delivering prizes). Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, see the Privacy Policy document provided on the privacy policy page.

- By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter using their personal information for those purposes and for any other purpose disclosed in the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

 

12. Governing Law

- These Official Rules are governed by the laws of Australia and New Zealand.
